Torquay YMCA Early Learning Centre

Moving my son to Torquay YMCA ELC is one of the best decisions I have made to support his development. The educators in the Jan Juc room genuinely care about the children, fostering a warm and nurturing space for learning and growth. Their communication is consistent and clear, with almost daily updates. I highly recommend this centre. Their “exceeding” rating is well deserved and they have exceeded my expectations.

There is a wonderful family feel to the center. The educators show amazing attention and interest in the children and this shows with the kind and supportive interactions between them and between each child. My son loves to tell me about his day and all the activities he participates in. The outdoor space is amazing and used beautifully by all rooms concurrently. All staff have been entirely supportive in the 18 months my son has been attending. Thankyou ymca, your contribution to my sons growth and providing him with life enriching experiences is greatly appreciated.

At the YMCA Early Learning Centre, the children are well looked after, and families, staff and the children are all appreciated and respected. The interactions between staff and children are fantastic, and they're given every chance to enjoy themselves while here. Many of the children don't want to leave when their parents pick them up, so that in itself shows how much they enjoy their time here.
