I’m so glad that I’ve returned to Upstate! I absolutely loved Pilates reformer class thanks to Keely! She was so friendly and encouraging, praising us all individually during the class. I enjoyed it way more than strength training at the gym. My whole body felt like I had the best workout without the intense sweating & risk of injury. I’m totally addicted!

Have just completed my second reformer class at Newtown. Both instructors have been amazing, explaining everything as you go. Really enjoyed both classes although they were different, which will keep it interesting & challenging!
