The staff are friendly and helpful, but the facilities are not adequate. The biggest issue is the limited opening hours. Other gyms offer better facilities at the same price — or even cheaper.

Such a great, affordable gym with lovely staff! I go 4-5 times a week and is my favourite part of my day! I started with the great group classes with Dan last year and met one of my closest friends this time last year in a group class! The trainers are more than welcoming and I have gotten heaps of tips and advice since I started over a year ago ❤️

I've had an amazing time at Deakin Active Fitness Centre. The facilities are up-to-date and in great condition, offering a diverse selection of equipment and classes suitable for various fitness levels. The staff is friendly, well-informed, and eager to assist. The atmosphere is inspiring and welcoming, ensuring enjoyable workouts. Cancelled my membership on March 2020 and they still charged me until May 2021. I rarely checked my bank account, thus I did not notice I have paid for a service that I do not even use. I do not keep a form which has been signed for ages and now they ask for it to offer a refund, 100% sure they can check on the system that I have not been to the gym since March 2020. Unprofessional!
