The Wellness Studio in Geelong

This was my first visit and I had a lovely experience in the traditional sauna. The outdoor shower and the sauna being outside instead of inside the building made it even more relaxing. Service was fantastic. Definitely recommend!

The staff were very nice and friendly. The salt room was a lot smaller than I was used to. It lacked mindful music and it was quite warm in the room, almost uncomfortably warm. The prices were expensive compared to where I normally go. I think it lacked that relaxing atmosphere I’m accustomed to at my normal salt therapy.

Lovely staff, clean and pleasant environment. Have only used red light therapy so far but plan on trying infrared sauna too. So happy to have found this studio. Easy parking.

Highly recommend. Honestly it is always the best experience. The staff are all so friendly and lovely and all the saunas are awesome! Such a great space. I go often, can’t recommend highly enough. Last week I had an amazing sauna then a shower outside under the stars. So good x

The staff at Wellness Studio are all exceptionally friendly and so lovely to deal with, unlike some other places I've been to. I have experienced two of the modalities offered here so far, and found them to be great. I've had red light therapy as well as salt therapy and both have helped my health conditions greatly and I can't recommend them highly enough.
