Boss Burger Co.

My partner and I, crave for boss burger today so we waited till it opens. We decided to order online just to make it easy for me to come and collect it. We ordered around 11:27am. I went to the store and show the receipt to cashier staff who then went in the kitchen and then he told me to get a bag and then the other staff as well told me to get a bag, they're both staring at me. So I went out to get a bag and realised that " they think Im an uber driver by the way I look?" then I came back to get my order. I told to the cashier staff that this is not for uber eats or what, this is personal order. So I grabbed my order, went out while carrying the bag that they asked. Next time the staffs should know their job and ask first if the order is for personal or uber etc. They racially profiled me, its because of my looks? Racist people. Im so offended by this. Also I wanna complain about the chips, its so salty and not looking freshly cooked. The chicken breading as well is hard, overcooked. We just wanna eat boss burger and this is what we got? Not buying anymore from boss burger. 👎 I will tell my friends about this, so that they will not gonna have the experience i got today.

We didn't sit in so couldn't rate atmosphere. Ordered online, food was being prepared when walking in. From order to collect was 10mins which was great. We didn't eat straight away yet heated back up and it was great taste. Had big boss with gf bun. Price is really high for a meal with small chips and drink yet it's an average nowadays. I'm happy to eat a burger that won't punch me later. Thanks team Kid had chicken burger which she approved

Visited Leopold store, Wow!!! Was hard to find the store as there is no sign but so glad we did. The Chicken is amazing, definitely a Raising Cannes Dupe. Honey sauce for the chicken complimented 💯. Jalapeño poppers and quick sticks were great too. Service was warm and friendly ❤️ Maybe if there was a sign near the entrance of the shopping centre and if the restaurant was not blacked out so much it would be more inviting!

BURGERS ARE ALWAYS SOOOO GOOD but obviously very oily and unhealthy BUT SUCH A GUILTY PLEASURE AND DELICIOUS! highly recommend getting fried chicken burger either tommy the chook or the tomato henry one. The Boss fries are also DELICIOUS but indulgence and unhealthy but good to treat yourself once in a while! SUCH A GOOD PLACE FOR BURGERS WOULD RATE AS NUMBER ONE BURGER PLACE IN VICTORIA FOR NOW!!

We decided to try Boss Burgers in Leopold for the first time and the burgers were absolutely delicious 10/10 taste was just amazing with every bite. We got the boss burger with tomato lettuce and cheese one had minus cheese as hubby doesn’t like it. I actually really liked the chips hubby did too but he would of preferred them less crispy and a bit softer. My kids had the nuggets and chips the nuggets looked nice kids said they enjoyed them downside is kids meals don’t come with a drink so thats extra. Definitely worth it for the money because it tasted great and very filling. Will be back for sure to try something else on the menu.
