Ela Mana Souvlaki

First time trying Ela Mana after many 5 star reviews from friends. Drove 20 minutes to try it and wowee was it worth it. I had the mix gyros (chicken and lamb) with a chips and extra pita. The spit-roasted meat is juicy, tender and charred in all the right places, the chips have the perfect crunch and a sensational seasoning. Nothing complicated about it, just amazing quality ingredients cooked and combined the right way by the right people. I would drive an hour to eat this food. Could not recommend any more!

Got a lunch order for work, lamb was delicious! I did request one of the mini souvas to have no chips but they couldn't accommodate that request which I thought was odd since I ordered anothet one with no tomatoe and thay wasn't an issue.
