GSB - Geelong Smoked Brisket

Easily the best brisket I have had in my life. Melts in your mouth and not dry like others I have tried before. Sides are to amazing and accompany the brisket without overtaking the flavor. Had it for my niece's birthday and have never had it from anywhere else since. The staff are so welcoming and no order is too much hassle. Keep up the great work, can't wait to see what's on the horizon for you guys 😊

Dave is such a legend! Even though they’re taking a short break he went above and beyond for us. Teaching me how to cook my own pulled pork just so it tastes like theirs. I can’t wait for these guys to be up and running again and have them cater for us for an event in the future.

David and his father were super friendly and provided great customer service. The maple chicken & smoked brisket exceeded my expectations - it was all amazing. The reheat instructions were very clear too.

We tried both the chicken and the brisket, along with the sweet and tangy coleslaw. Very easy to put together. With extremely delicious results. As a bonus we picked up our order from porter avenue pies and cakes and got some sweet treats for after our burgers. Supporting local is great - and even more worthwhile when it’s utterly delicious. So much so I got distracted and didn’t take a completed burger photo! Straight down the hatch instead! Thanks Dave for this creation
