Kisaan Estate Winery

Krishan gave us an amazing wine tasting experience. He was friendly, attentive and shared with us freely, making the whole experience feel very personal. We particularly enjoyed sharing stories of his background and the wineries journey along the way. It was great to find a winery with an Indian name run by an amazing family. The winery is dog friendly and our dog had a great time listening to the conversation!

Dropped in literally for a flying visit. Having aviated our way to Barwon Heads we took the leisurely 10 min stroll to the winery. Krish was very welcoming and although we couldn't drink wine, a couple of coffees were made available. Cakes were there for the taking, even offering gf options. I decided on a bottle of the Sangiovese to take home and try. I probably had a few too many drops, but they were all magnificent drops. Would definitely buy that again. A rustic little venue, made up for with the charm of the owner.

WOW. Rolled the dice and took a long trip to visit Kisaan based on other reviews and was not disappointed. Absolutely charming little family winery with a passionate and generous owner who is knowledgeable. It was a real pleasure to visit. All the wines were genuinely excellent, but the 2022 and 2023 Shiraz in particular stole my breath away. What divine drops they were and we were thrilled to grab some to take home and enjoy in front of the fireplace. On our way out Kris gave us juicy pink lady apples straight off his orchard tree and it was the most mm incredible treat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND a visit to this authentic and humble winery for a soul restoring day. Dave & Mani

Our visit to Kisaan was the highlight of our weekend away. Kris is so warm and engaging. We enjoyed the conversation as much as the wine, and the wine is spectacular.

So pleased with our stop here. Chris is knowledgeable and kind. Had a great chat and really nice wines. Will be back for the wine and company!
