Sweet Adeline by the Barwon

Tried this lovely spot today and everything was worth it! The banana bread was not too sweet, with a perfect crust — just how I like it. The Wagyu Burger came with a juicy patty, great choice if you’re after something filling and satisfying. My friend's Long Black Coffee was smooth and subtle, perfect balance for the meal. But the stars of the show were the ube macaroons and the buko (coconut) pie — absolutely delicious and a must-try! The café’s location is beautiful, surrounded by trees and right along a running path. Plus, it’s dog-friendly, which makes it even better. Can’t wait to come back for more! ☕🍰🌿🐾

I have run around the Barwon River for years and then stopped. I took my son there for a scoot and we came across this place. It was exactly what we needed. I got a coffee that was very well made. The staff were really friendly. The owner had some little dog that my son was interested in. We loved it so much that we went back the next day. It’s great to see this sort of thing here and encouraging people to use the track more.

Super chill vibes, great food, lovely people - perfect for a NYD feed. Wagyu burger perfectly chargrilled. Toasty wonderfully melty, with just enough coriander and spice. Great coffee to tide us over for the walk back along the river. Won't be our last visit!

Really quirky cafe on the banks of the Barwon River. Bart, the owner is awesome. He made us feel welcome, sitting with us and introducing his miss peaches (pup). Will be back to enjoy a yummy cappuccino. Pups are welcome too 😊

One of the best cafes in Geelong. We love coming here and every time we do it’s like a mini holiday. Bart and JT have become our friends and they’re some of the best people around. The place is great for dogs, kids and families and there are plenty of options for food and drinks. 100% recommended.
