The repair of my car was the smoothest experience ever. I didn’t have to wait very long at drop off/appraisal and I was able to leave the car after appraisal for them to make a speedy start. I was given an estimate of one week for repairs in less than 24 hours and in the end it only took 6 days. I was given a plethora of updates via texts as to the progress of my repair. Reception staff organised taxis after drop off and to return to pick up. And pick up was just as speedy (less than 10 minutes.) Not a single hiccup and my car looks brand new. Absolutely smashing job!

Bellarine Smash Repairs were able to take my car in immediately and get the repairs completed very quickly. They were happy to assist with some minor configuration issues that I had after getting the vehicle back and always provided updates on the completion date. Would recommend for any repairs!
