I have ordered materials online several times. I was once sent expired chemical anchors, but they were replaced a couple of days after I explained the situation, without any stupid questions. For me, that is a sign of a reliable supplier.

Don’t rely on these guys to call you back or follow up on quotes, called Richard several times regarding trying to place an order, never returned our calls and when we finally got in touch with him he had every excuse under the sun, couldn’t tell us if timber could be dressed or cut to specific lengths, not even a definitive time frame… If you need to get a job done, do yourself a favour and do not consider buying from this company
