Bunnings Waurn Ponds

I'm a regular Bunnings shopper but lately have noticed a real downfall in customer service, have found staff unnoligble and often rude, I went in to get a Holman hose reel cover which according to google you's had 1 in stock only to find the lovely lady couldn't find and said it was a promotional item so walked me down to the special orders desk only to get a rude staff member who he as several customers lined up and had asked for help to no avail so I gave up and walked away. I can't believe that a big store which sells a huge range of retractable hoses and doesn't back them up with selling covers for them as they advertised , I don't shop on line so I'll have to go elsewhere, pick up your game Bunnings and fix up the 2 big pot holes on the way in if it your responsibility.

Spoke to extremely helpful staff member in nursery department. Very impressed with her knowledge and assistance. (Had just called Geelong North Bunnings - no help whatsoever! No customer service skills there at all. )

Went for a toilet part the so called expert told me this was the only type they had even though I had the original so took it hubby wasted his time trying to fit it. Then went back got a different one and fitted it quickly job done so don’t trust them keep looking . He was quiet rude when I didn’t believe him

Well ....its disappointing. The place is in an ABSOLUTE shambles. Stock all over the place IF you can find it and if you do you cannot not be sure of the price because it's in the wrong place . The staff are under enormous pressure NOT HAPPY JAN. Yeah I know the schpeel. "We're upgrading the store to bring our customers even more products at all times better prices" Where's the respect to your loyal customers AND staff. I'm not coming back until you lift your game. Bunnings does have opposition. End of rant goodbye PS upper management just have a good hard look at yourself . Brett

Shout out to Maggie who helped me check an item from another store after they hung up on me and her. She sat on hold for ages trying to get them to look for an item but was eventually hung up on… Thank you Maggie for your unrivalled service and patience. If you’re going to a Bunnings store go to this one and miss the Norlane store. Norlane I don’t know if it’s sheer incompetence or laziness but do better.
