Highton Automotive Service - Repco Authorised Car Service

I had an issue with my Isuzu which prevented my family from leaving for holidays on Boxing Day and we had to wait for 2 days until businesses opened. I lobbed on John's doorstep at 7.30am and asked if he could have a look. Despite being fully booked, he asked to keep the car in the hopes he might be able to get to it - no promises. I was fearing more delays and an expensive fix. He called me 3 hours later to let me know it was fixed and ready to go. He had a no-show booking, so slotted us in. Minimal labour was charged and we were off on our holiday shortly after. We have taken our cars to John for years and have always been very happy with their service - I highly recommend them. Thanks John and crew for saving our holiday!!

I sent my car for a service here previously, they recommended strut replacements and a few other addons, and dislodged my windshield wipers saying it is broken when I brought it there fully functional. I complained and the mechanic came out disgruntled saying "I told you it was broken", I advised him to fix it when I brought it in fine, which he did end up doing after me insisting, he put the part back correctly. They wanted to charge me for unnecessary replacements. I replaced them myself and got a second opinion from another mechanic. Absolutely sham recommendations, struts were in good condition. Paid exorbitant for a service, mainly did not like the dishonesty and rudeness

Super impressed with the care and service of the Highton Automotive team. They helped get us on the road for a holiday when the car made a new, concerning sound on the morning of departure. Caring and honest and know their stuff. Highly recommend and huge thanks to the team.
