Great service from Mitch very pleasant and helpful.. after 20 yrs service he knows his stuff so got the in's and outs of the 3 motor homes we looked at, right down to the minute details highly recommend..for motor homes and vans, campers lots of choices

Wanted details from an experienced salesperson or manager but one salesperson is absolutely useless. Seen him at the caravan show a brushed me off and also onsite and over the phone as well especially when I'm wanting to buy a van. I hope no one has to deal with him The site has great range and others people with a wealth of information

Monday 2nd March, leaving Daylesford… it’s not a good look overtaking someone doing 80 in an 80 zone so you can do 100, especially in a car with your company logo on it. Hopefully you noticed the speed camera before this. 👏

Purchased a 21' 2021 Silverline that I'm happy with BUT there aftersales service leaves a lot to be desired. I asked for a curtain to be installed between the bedroom and the kitchen (which I had to pay upfront) and on collecting the van it wasn't there. They did install the track that the curtains hang from though. they mentioned that it could take between 4-6 weeks to manufacture. Fair enough. 8 week later i followed them up again to be advised, oopps, we forgot to order it. 2-3 weeks later it arrived at there showroom and was told it was there to be collected, which i did. On getting the goods home i noticed they hadn't supply the clips to install it onto the track as well as no tie back. They said they would get straight onto it. 2 weeks later still no parcel. Called them again and was told that they didn't know what had happen and would send them out again. I received a tracking number from them and 2 weeks later i got a notification from Aus Post that the goods had been deliver. Guess what, yes the parcel was delivered to Warrnambool, unfortunately I live in Fairhaven. Why are things so difficult to get right, I don't know.
