I recently visited your cafe today in morning. While the staff member preparing my coffee seemed not experienced their demeanor was frustrating, and unfortunately, he spilled hot coffee on the counters, floors. I waited approximately 30 minutes for my coffee, which was disappointing considering I had paid for the service but the guy didn’t bothered to even to ask for my coffee. However, I would like to acknowledge the lady who served me, who was gentle, friendly, and provided a warm smile. She ensured I received my hot toast promptly, I hope you can consider the issues I've raised to improve the overall experience for your customers, as seems it is the only cafe out there outside.

Great place to rest and snack up while waiting for the Spirit of Tasmania ferry. Food was yummy, service was really friendly.

Coffee was ok. The price tag of $6.50 per slice of Banana bread however was not. Even the lady behind the counter was embarrassed by that. Captive market though.
