For me: This is best ice cream shop in Geelong with super good location and high quality, a lots of choices there. Everybody must try once and definitely will want more and more🍦🍧😋

Great gelato but the staff had no idea what they were doing ! It was a hot day and the Staff were incredible slow to want to take orders or serve the gelato. By the time my order was served to me I was in a mess as there was such a time delay from the first icecream being served up to the third one being completed. I have visited several Augustus gelatery stores but have never seen staff so slow or unenthusiastic. From my experience at this one I'd say Management really need to provide more training or keep a better eye on the staff at this Augustus.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We popped into Augustus Gelatery for dessert after a Cats game and the place was absolutely pumping! Despite the long line, it moved quickly and the staff were friendly and efficient, which made the wait easy. The gelato was creamy and delicious with lots of flavours to choose from, and generous servings. Only downside was the state of the tables. Quite a few were dirty with ice cream and rubbish left behind, and I could hear others struggling to find a clean spot to sit. Understandable given how busy it was, and I may have just caught it at a hectic time, but still worth noting. Overall, a great spot for a post game treat!

Best service ever! The guy who served us was so gorgeous to my grandchildren Some stores are too impatient with young kids choosing flavours but this Guy was so sweet. I’m from Melbourne and only been twice but both times the staff were so friendly and happy.

Ordered their cookie on uber eats and it was meant to be warm and soft. It tasted plastic, it was ice cold and rock hard. It didn’t get cold from the drive because I live 5 minutes away it tasted like it had been frozen for months. DISGUSTING!!! and the ice cream is so hot and miss, yes it is ok for quick made ice cream but to be honest it is low quality and I’ve been told it’s made from powder and water.
