1 star for great customer service but beyond that do not recommend. Coffee is consistently burnt and bitter, toasties consistently soggy and not toasted on one side, no vegetarian options. I ordered a croissant today which cost $8.90 - For that price, I at least expect a good quality croissant with flaky pastry, rather than a squished bread type croissant you can get from Woolies. Totally overpriced and poor quality, couldn’t believe it. I’ve been here many times as it is very close to my work, but having tried multiple options and being consistently disappointed I won’t be returning.

Very highly rated coffee but was an utter disappointment. The pictures are deceiving I tried the cappuccino and a chicken and cheese toasty. The coffee was like a flat white, no crema or foam. Although it was strong which I like, it had a bitter aftertaste suggesting the beans were burnt or over roasted. The only good thing was the Toasty, It was definitely above average. Only reason to go to this place is due to the fact they open really early.

i'm really dissapointed, I decided to grab something for myself and my staff as I was coming in to work. I ordered a few drinks including two strawberry matcha's and my drink with soy milk as i'm lactose intollerant. I've gotten to work and there is nothing distingusing the normal milk from the Soy. I had someone else take a sip of both and they said they tasted exactly the same, so likely both were made with normal milk. I now can't enjoy the drink I paid extra so I could actually drink.

Such a joy grabbing coffee there on my way to work, greeted by such happy smiling staff, really helps start the day with a positive vibe. Keep up the great work team! 👍🏻

Note.., not all coffee's are full to the brim......, i've had to ask staff to top up cup.
