Unexpected sums up my experience. I went to see a vehicle, found the staff welcoming, attentive and interested. Once we'd gone over the vehicle, once I'd driven it, and once the trade-in offer was made, the transaction moved to negotiations. There was no overt pressure, a sense of being responsive to my needs, and my concerns were addressed with clarity and confidence. So in summary, buying my new vehicle was straightforward. In addition, it was delivered to my door, and my trade-in taken away. Hence, this 'review' is a recommendation.

Paras was very professional, supportive, and ensured the repair was completed within an appropriate timeframe.
