Thanks to the amazing staff at Sixt Geelong and Avalon, I got to continue on seamlessly with my life, in the midst of a really difficult situation. They were supportive, empathetic and understanding, and assisted me every part of the journey. I got to keep exploring my neighbourhood, going to work, getting safely around in a beautiful car. Sixt are now my number one “go-to” for rental cars. I’m very happy with them.

We were planning to visit the Great Ocean Road for two days, from December 17 to 18. We had originally reserved a Toyota Yaris Cross, but after seeing our suitcases and bags, the staff recommended upgrading to a Mitsubishi ASX, which we ended up renting for the two days. The agent, Ahmer, was very kind and explained everything in detail. When we returned the car, he was also friendly and even asked how our trip went. We really appreciated his excellent service.

The employees were very polite and helpful, they explained our options thoroughly and in a way easy to understand. They called us a day in advance to confirm the booking and where to pick up from, the online booking system was a breeze and best of all, it wasn't insanely expensive! I've used this company a few times now and each time it's been a load off our shoulders (pun intended).

Fantastic staff that go above and beyond. Great car that was modern, comfy and clean. Good prices and car seat availability too. We hired from Melbourne and dropped in Geelong, I would highly recommend this business for your car hire needs.
