Kool Kidz Childcare Charlemont

Our son secured a place at Kool Kidz recently. This is our first experience with childcare, so we really had no idea what to expect. I underestimated how anxious I would be with him attending, however the educators in the Honeybees room are calming, kind and informative. They always look present and love to have a chat, not just about your child. Management are the same, always ready to help. I’m so happy we got a place here for our son. Thanks Emily, Donna and the team.

Absolutely amazing! From the moment we enrolled Donna and the staff have been so welcoming, professional and most importantly supportive of our little people. They definitely know their stuff when educating children in this day and age! Sam welcomes us at reception most days and acknowledges my boy by name, which makes him feel comfortable for his day ahead.. face recognition door locks for entry is also a great security feature. His teachers Tash and Jamie are very dedicated educators. They keep us updated with everything. Their teaching is spot on for his age and learning , he has grown so much. The daily activities are full of fun, and he can’t wait to go to (school) every morning! I feel so grateful to have these caring ladies looking after my son. Highly recommend Kool kids! They are fantastic!

Kool kidz is the most welcoming, friendly centre. The staff are always happy and greet you and your child when you arrive. Sam’s smile and engagement is second to none. Donna not only owns and operates the business but she’s very much hands on with the kids and my daughter loves her. There are plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained all day long. The communication around your child’s day is so informative and individual. I couldn’t be happier and neither could my daughter 10/10

Kool Kidz Charlemont is a family run business. Center Director Donna and her daughter Emily are present, hands on, invested in families, warm and engaging. Together with Sam and Meg 2ic and 3ic, all staff build connection with children and families, and are setting a very high standard for care and education in the local community. There is always a warm genuine person at reception. The menu and quality of food is outstanding! The resources at this centre, being a brand new build, are of the highest quality, age appropriate, diverse and in abundance. The standard and experience of educators working at Kool Kids is very high. Every educator we have met and those in our sons room, are delivering high quality education and care. Since starting at Kool Kidz when it opened, our son's drop offs are easy, he is coming home learning new things every day, and is so happy and bright at pick up! It has been the best decision we have ever made to send our son to Kool Kidz Charlemont, we are beyond happy and recommend the centre with the highest of regards.

My 3.5yo had moved around a bit due to personal reasons and when we decided to settle I chose a centre that had been recommended but unfortunately my daughter who is very adaptable and happy just did not settle in and my gut instincts kicked in. I was very nervous to move her again worrying that the grass wouldn’t be greener but it absolutely is. Kool Kidz is amazing to say the least and my daughter settled in so quickly. Both the management team and her room educators have listened to my concerns and their communication is a solid 10/10.
