A budding shopping centre on Horseshoe Bend, having much potential. As of August, 2025, the buildings, gardeining and carpark are all done. Some stores are getting the finishing touches done before being leased and fitted out. Carpark is swanky as. Has EV chargers (4), good pedestrian xing, and some of the parking is under cover. Modest sized complex overall. The style is boxy, slatted, browns and greys, similar to the houses hereabouts. I am quite impressed. Well done. Access via Geelong / Grovedale is via Wise St off Reserve. Be wise and unlike me and do not go North down Horseshoe because it's presently a dead end. Lol gotta go back down Wise.

Brand new shopping centre with a Woolies supermarket as it's main anchor tenant. Still a lot of vacant shops that need filling. Needs a bakery badly.. fingers crossed they get a Bakers Delight. The Gym has now opened along with Tattslotto, Homewares shop. Barbers, Naik salon, Domino's pizza, Indian food restaurant, laundromat and a Bottlemart shop.

It’s great to see a local shop opening for the community, especially with a new primary school on the way for young families and those looking to start one. With the current road closures, having this nearby really makes things easier.
