Beyond Bank Stadium

I’ve been here many times. Great court and plenty of spots to choose from. The receptionists I met before has always been a male in his mid 30 or 40s who is always friendly and attentive. Today’s experience was not great as there are two teens working there as receptionists at around 4pm. The customer service I received from one of them was shocking. A bit of training is needed to teach them how to be well mannered.

Beyond Bank Stadium needs some serious money spent on it. Get some decent fans, or at least open the doors. No show court, lack of referees and no one around supervising. Second rate basketball competition where it's not what you know, it's who you know.

We should just stop showing up and force this lazy group to DO THEIR JOBS welcome to geelong united basketball. Where you will play with one ref most games, those ref's are children. Those ref's don't know literally half the rules you miss out on points you get injured and not called then they blatantly miss clear fouls I've emailed geelong united on multiple occasions where they either blatantly scored the games wrong and having one under experienced refs and got no reply because they don't care they just want money for no effort like seriously on top of that the price PER GAME went up when nothing changed the service just continues to decline they never have enough staff like why even bother runjing a league if you can't even provide proper qualified ref's and have more than one every game it's just the longer we have played in this league the more disappointed and frustrated we have gotten some changes need to be made now because it is so bad that there a million things that effect how the game goes and I've had enough I am stick to death of arguing with KIDS who clearly don't know the rules making me pointlessly explain how landing under someone's foot on a jump shot is a foul or that if im in my 2 steps going for the basket and get fouled it's 2 shots I've had a ref call one of my 3's for a 2 pointer yet I was clearly behind the line and you can even see it on the replay I was behind the line it's just from top to bottom staff to effort to care its just non-existent and then if you're an actual hooper tryna get better and wanna go for a shoot and get better.....Good luck with that! It's damn near impossible to finally court and a time to shoot there needs to be a big change get more staff and make them actually do their job had enough and think im switching to ymca next season.

The facilities are nice and relatively clean. Front courts are kept well but the back courts can get dusty. Air flow could be improved on hot days, but the open plan does help.

It can get loud and echo's but the courts are in good condition
