I've been practicing yoga with Linda for the last 6 years, and more recently attending her Pilates classes too. I love Linda's traditional approach to yoga practice - benefiting the mind and body alike. Her classes are a very important part of my weekly schedule. Thank you for all that you share with us Linda!
