Queens Park

Went to Queens Park Geelong for a group picnic on a fairly gusty and cold December Sunday, and it was a great choice thanks to the covered shed, which was especially helpful for kids and ladies. The park is beautifully located next to the Barwon River and offers stunning uphill views of the surrounding residences. There’s a huge green field along with a separate kids’ play area, making it ideal for families and groups. The BBQ hot plates were very handy and even made warming pizzas easy. Clean toilets and a drinking water refill station added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

Really beautiful spot for all ages. Beautiful golf course, excellent rope park integrated with the trees and outdoors. Nice big rotunda area with BBQs and ample seating. Toilets close by. Highly recommend

Best way to visit Queens park is kayaking up the river!!! It's serene and wonderful. In the water you hear all the birds and the sounds of the city. Early in the morning is best, when the water is flat and the air is cool. We love to break the mirror of the water with our kayaks!

It's a beautiful shady park with the river Right There.... Just a lie on the grass to read a book, a beautiful day walking, picnic exercise and activities. Something for the whole family.

Beautiful big playground. Very clean. Lots of seating. Great for entertaining large groups. At times can have mossies. Not much shade. Bathrooms recently updated. Very clean.
