From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home ( Shoutout to Britt 🥰). The instructors are incredibly supportive and create a non-intimidating environment, which is perfect for both beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. They take the time to ensure everyone feels comfortable, guiding us through each movement with patience and expertise. I truly appreciate how they tailor the classes to meet individual needs, making each session feel personal and engaging. The studio itself is beautifully designed, adding to the overall experience. I’ve fallen in love with Sweat Equity and can’t recommend it enough! Whether you’re looking to strengthen your body or simply unwind, this studio offers the perfect blend of challenge and comfort. If you’re considering trying Pilates, this is definitely the place to be!

Sweat Equity is hands down the best Pilates studio I’ve ever attended. The fit out is stunning - from the warm and inviting colour palette, the thoughtful layout of mats and reformers, right down to the bathrooms. The timetable is great - good variety of times and styles. Every instructor is so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I always walk out of a class feeling like I’ve challenged myself… even on the days where my body wants to go slower. I am not good at Pilates by any means but every class at Sweat Equity is inclusive. Challenges and modifications are given with every exercise and the instructors consider everyone in their class. They support you to give something a go and create an environment where you gain confidence and skills. And then there is Britt, the owner who brought this studio to life. She’s so kind, bubbly, and welcoming. Taking one of her classes will always leave you feeling good. I’d highly recommend anyone give Sweat Equity a go! You won’t regret walking through those doors.

This is the best workout studio ever. Britt and the instructors are so kind and supportive, which makes a huge difference. It’s the first time working out has become a real routine for me. The classes are challenging but fun, and they’ve helped me feel stronger and more energized. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more!! 😊

I’ve now tried all of the class formats in the hot mat room at Sweat Equity Pilates and every one has been energetic, fun, and so thoughtfully taught. Britt brings a vibrant energy to her classes and teaches to everyone in the room, so you feel supported whether you’re brand new to Pilates or a seasoned regular. The studio itself is absolutely stunning, truly the most beautiful I’ve ever stepped into...with every detail considered, from the perfectly spaced mats to the consistent warmth of the infrared heaters. Britt has also selected wonderful instructors who are welcoming and encouraging. It feels like such a treat to be a member, and I feel so lucky to have this incredible small business close to home.
