Great Park.......for now, but the T in T Park stands for Transportation as the section of land through the estate is set aside as a "Transportation Corridor", ie this is where the future trainline to Torquay North will run through.
Great for families and kids to run around and enjoy time together. Plenty of space and even has a BBQ shelter.
Good open space for a relatively new suburb....tends to be a bit muddy after rain
