Hayley is honestly incredible at what she does. Not only are her lash extensions flawless — lightweight, full, and beautifully styled — but she’s also so accommodating, especially for women who work a 9–5. Her evening availability has been a lifesaver for me, and it's clear she really cares about making things work for her clients' schedules. If you're looking for a lash tech who’s professional, talented, and genuinely flexible with your time, Hayley is the one. Can’t recommend her enough!

Am so glad I found Hayley! She fits me in at the last minute so often and the best thing about her other than her fantastic work is she has after hours appointments which work well for me as busy a mum of 3! When I first met Hayley, it was because a reputable business absolutely ruined my brows. She fixed them without any issues at all and I decided to take the lash leap around 12 months ago. Since then, I’ve formed a great relationship with Hayley and we have the best chats while I lay and relax! I’ve been going to her atleast every 2 weeks and won’t choose anyone else. I came across Artistry by Hayley by chance as my regular service had limited availability over Xmas, and my goodness I'm glad I did! Hayley applies exceptional precision and skill to her work (in my case brows and lashes), and really takes the time to assess and map out the best look - whilst really listening and understanding what her client wants. I have visited so many brow and lash artists over the years and Hayley is by far the best (and ironically the only person who has not asked or pressured me to provide a review). I've moved away from the area now but still make the trip for my treatments with Hayley. Her space is so calming and impeccably clean, and she is super professional yet warm and down to earth - she will match your energy so you can relax and nod off - or chat and put the world to rights. Hidden gem right here.

I went and got lashes done by Hayley. Started to have irritation so I messaged her and she said to keep her posted. Next morning my eyelids were puffy so I let her know and she said to see a doctor before she removes them. I couldn’t see a doctor at that time and I didn’t want to leave them on any longer to worsen so I asked again please just remove them. My message got read but no reply. I woke up this morning and my eyelids are swollen and my eyes were bloodshot red. I messaged her again begging for them to be removed and no reply. So I went to Just Threading to get them removed to find the woman said that most of the lashes were glued to my lid not my lashes. To the point that she had to take the remover off after two attempts but my eyes felt like they were on fire and resorted to having to manually take off the ones that were hanging and keep the ones that were really stuck on. The fact that she completely ignored my messages and calls begging for help getting them removed was absolutely ridiculous.

Hayley is amazing! I haven’t had an ongoing brow and eyelash specialist before until Hayley and it had changed my life. I’m forever greatful for her services, she always talks me through everything she’s doing and asks me questions of how I prefer to look. I really appreciate that I can bring my children with me to appointments as it gives me flexibility.
