Warm, caring & professional staff; responsive care planning with excellent support from GP & other specialist & allied health clinicians. Staff always endeavoured to meet requests from both our family & loved one. Beautiful tranquil garden setting! Can recommend highly.

My mother is in safe and caring hands in the Memory Support area at Bellarine Lakes. Staff treat her with great respect, affection and dignity and her enjoyment in her day to day life there is obvious. As a family we are grateful for the way in which we have been assisted to help mum navigate the challenges of advancing dementia while maintaining her quality of life.
