Staff member Jordan was especially helpful - she went above and beyond by providing detailed information about sunscreens and moisturisers, which was really valuable. Her friendly and knowledgeable assistance made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Today you accused us of not paying for prescriptions at our last visit which is untrue. Then told us to prove we paid over a month ago. You sneakily added this to todays purchases not explaining till we checked receipt when we got home all for $60.00. We will never return, have been buying there for 15 years. Aren't you smart cost us $60.00 you have lost thousands a year. Service and explanation not even worth rating. Disgraceful. People check your invoices. You can't justify stupidity.
