What amazing care and support. Mum felt that she was 'home' despite needing 24hr care. The food is amazing, chef prepared daily, fresh and delicious. During Mum's terminal phase, the staff could not offer enough support to us, we felt completely welcomed and that it was our home as much as every other resident's. Plenty of activities and the High Tea's were a lovely touch of elegance. All large spacious single rooms with big bathrooms. Laundry service was fast. I highly recommend. Estia Leopold.

My husband was in care at Estia Health Leopold for 8 weeks. He had Parkinson’s, was unable to speak clearly, couldn’t write and couldn’t stand and in that time the kindness shown to him by the carers and nurses was above and beyond what I had expected. They took the time to understand what he wanted and helped calm him when anxiety got the better of him. I have the names of 10 staff members who gave him that extra care, I would love to name them but there were others who names I didn’t catch, including kitchen staff and the laundry ladies. So I’ll generalise and say they all helped to make his last weeks as comfortable as possible. Especially whoever made his daily milkshake and put extra ice cream in it. In the time he was there and until he passed, Estia Health Leopold became an extension of our home and I’ll be forever grateful to the people who work there.

I can't thank the wonderful staff at Estia Leopold enough. They are amazing people who made every bit of this experience so much better. They really cared for my father and I will always be grateful for the compassion that they demonstrated everyday. Bravo!

The care staff exhibited extremely rude behavior, and what's even more concerning is the apparent display of racism. Such conduct is unacceptable, I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone.

Well today we bought a dear friend of June and Alan’s to visit and have lunch with them It went extremely well, we had a lovely lunch prepared by the wonderful CHEF there unfortunately l didn’t get her name so sorry CHEF , but well done 😊 June and Alan have only been there a few weeks the staff can’t do enough for them and have been extremely helpful with any questions we might have Thank you all once again Sincerely Julia and Brett
