Fitstop Armstrong Creek is hands down the best gym I’ve trained at. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely care about your progress, no matter your fitness level. The sessions are challenging but scalable, the programming is excellent, and the community vibe is unreal – everyone is welcoming and supportive. The facility is always clean, well-run, and energising. If you’re looking for accountability, results, and a great group of people, this is the place to train. Highly recommend!

Outstanding gym. After training at multiple gyms across Victoria over the years, Fitstop Armstrong Creek is by far the most welcoming, inclusive and genuinely fun environment I have found. The classes are exceptionally well designed, the trainers are highly skilled and deeply supportive, and the people are incredibly friendly. There is a real sense of community here that you feel from day one. This gym has genuinely changed my life for the better. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I’ve been with Fitstop Armstrong Creek since it opened and it’s the best gym I’ve been apart of. Chloe and Jack are not just the owners they are hands on and really care about your fitness journey. They’ve built a wonderful community and I love catching up with my gym mates outside of class. The classes are a great mix of cardio and weights and a perfect for all abilities.

Fitstop is a great local community gym, the coaches make you feel welcome whilst also pushing you to do better, I have definitely felt the benefits on the soccer field after training at Fitstop. Would highly recommend anyone new to the area looking to build their fitness goals
