Thank you Nicole for the attentive and helpful session last November. I appreciate your holistic approach to mental wellbeing and as someone who is generally skeptical of therapists (I am concerned that they will never be relatable and therefore unable to be truly helpful for me), I really found our session helpful. Your space is also very peaceful and pleasant to be in! Thanks again.
