Pure Beauty & Spa Charlemont

Tiên did an amazing job! He was gentle and made sure everything was how I liked. You can tell he cares about what he’s doing, these nails are very strong and so beautiful, exactly what I wanted! The whole salon is new and pretty!

Wanted to splurge and treat myself for Christmas, the nail techs (both the men) who worked on my set did a great job. I showed them a pic of the red set with candy cane like design but he had to improvise. I am actually happy with the result of his creativity. Only point of improvement would be if the management could get a better walkin system in place (number token, queue texts, anything to make time efficient) as their booking system never ensures you get seen. For someone local in Charlemont, this is a clean and professional place to go compared to other shops in town.

My granddaughters had a manicure & pedicure for school holidays treat. They loved their nails and colours they chose and the massage chair. “I loved my nails” “They (the staff) were nice to us”. Thank you

I treated myself for Christmas and absolutely loved my experience here. The nail techs were incredibly talented and did an amazing job on my set. I showed them a reference photo of a red, candy cane–style design, and the final result exceeded my expectations. The salon is clean, professional, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. As a local in Charlemont, this is easily my go-to nail salon and I highly recommend it!

really disappointed this time in the service and my nails. I had all 3 of the staff work on my nails throughout the service. Unfortunately waiting around a lot really took up alot of my spare time I had and the finish on my nails is so uneven and the colours are so blotchy. They also really hurt. I’ve had people notice my nails and have also questioned them so they are really noticeably no good! $97 for this kind of finish is really disheartening. I am leaving this review as I do not wish to come back. I have also noticed this company does not reply to any nice reviews but are quick to fight back on low reviews. Maybe take some time to realise there are going to be times you do a bad job and may get low reviews (it’s apart of owning and running a business) & you should be thanking people for their lovely reviews! I also suggest putting on an extra person.
