I actually can’t say enough amazing things about Raquel. Thanks to her I am actually consistently working out for the first time in my life. Not just that but I’m doing it with my 2 children in tow. It doesn’t feel hard or too much. I am always welcomed and fully supported. I have also learnt so much about form and technique which previously wasn’t even in my vocabulary. I would be confident to walk into a gym now and complete a workout on my own thanks to the skills Raquel has given me. As for my kids, they thrive in the environment! They play and are always cared for if I’m in the zone so I don’t feel the mum guilt for bringing them. If anything it’s the days highlight. I could go on and on but bottom line is, as a mum, we all deserve a place like this to go.

Training with Raquel has been such a positive experience. The space is warm, inclusive, and welcoming, and her energy is simply beautiful. I always leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more confident. My son absolutely loves being there too, and having a child-friendly space removes so much stress. It’s more than just a training session — it’s a safe, uplifting environment.

I absolutely love my sessions with Raquel. What she has created is truely one of a kind environment. She has created a small community where we all come together, to exercise, and also be social. The space she has created for our children is just fabulous. Raquel is an amazing instructor and a beautiful person!
