Have been a resident for over 4 years now and have never had a serious problem. The staff as a whole are a terrific bunch, who have been more than professional at all times. As with any business there is always the chance of hiring an unsuitable person, this happens every where. On the odd occasion that this has happened here the situation is quickly rectified. My answer to the negotive posts , DISREGARD THEM!!!! Do the right thing,. follow the few simple rules and BELMONT MANOR,. now known as WESTPEAK RESIDENTIAL SERVICE. Thanks Will, and staff.
