Another day another Italian @twosugarsonpako 할머니 할아버지 loves good pizza 🤌🏻 Why 4 stars? Because we had a better Italian around Geelong 🙈 #bulgogi_n_rendang

Great atomasphere and set up inside was nice. The antipasto platter was a decent size and the produce was good quality. The mussels were fresh but the sauce was watery and they still had the seaweed beards attached to them which made the dining experience a little unpleasant. The pork and fennel sausage pizza was soggy in the middle, had to be rolled up to be eaten. The gnocchi with the tomato based sauce wasn't too good. We all found the sauce too acidic, my personal opinion is that the sauce needed to be cooked for longer. Certainly nothing like the sauce my nonna used to make and not something you would expect to be served at an Italian restaurant. Probably the best meal on the table was the chicken schnitzel burger. Dessert was the best part of the dinning experience, the ricotta cannoli and the nutella pizza were good. Would I go back? Maybe for coffee and dessert. This place has changed a lot since the early days.

Ordered a takeaway lasagna - was expecting amazing things for the $32 price tag and after reading great reviews - boy was I disappointed…. On entry I was greeted as if I was an inconvenience. It was quiet and everyone has an off-day, I get it. All I wanted was a cold takeaway lasagna because my partner was craving a good lasagna and we were going to heat it up at home for her. I asked if I could order a cold lasagna to take away, to which I was told “yes” and that it shouldn’t be long. After a suspiciously long time I received a heated lasagna. Which honestly was fine, it just meant my partner had to eat earlier than intended. But what was really upsetting was paying the $32 for said lasagna only to receive a badly microwaved, rubbery bottom lasagna with an inedible burnt spot… We aren’t that fussy, and the upper layers were nicer than most places - but most places charge a reasonable price and still manage to not burn their lasagnas in the microwave. For the price point they really should have gone above and beyond - they did not. If it had’ve been a $20 lasagna this would have been a very different review. You be the judge - photos included

I recently tried the Nutella pizza at this restaurant, and it was honestly amazing from start to finish. The pizza base was cooked perfectly, with a soft and fluffy inside and a light crisp on the outside, making it ideal for a dessert pizza. The Nutella was spread generously and evenly, so every bite was rich, creamy, and full of flavour without being too sweet or overwhelming. The warmth of the pizza melted the Nutella perfectly, creating a smooth and indulgent texture that paired really well with the slightly salty dough. It felt well made and balanced, not rushed, and you could tell real care went into preparing it. On top of the incredible food, the customer service was just as impressive. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making sure everything was right and that we were enjoying our experience. Orders were handled smoothly and came out on time, and the overall vibe was relaxed but professional. The combination of high-quality food and excellent customer service made the visit memorable, and the Nutella pizza alone is more than enough reason to come back again. Highly recommended.

Went for coffee. Stayed for lunch. Loved everything! Recommended by a friend as the best coffee in Geelong, had to check it out. The menu looked tasty, and it was close enough to lunchtime so we settled in. Glad we did! Food was delicious, and came out swiftly. The atmosphere was rich with Italian references, but not tacky or in-your-face. Service was friendly, polite and present when needed, distant when appropriate, and helpful. And yes, the coffee did not disappoint. Not a cheap feed, but far from overpriced by current dine out prices. And did I mention it was delicious?! Go there. Eat the food. Drinks the coffee. Leave with a full tummy and happy heart.
