If I could give zero stars, I would. The driver from Daisy’s Garden Supplies delivered my rock and the experience was genuinely one of the worst. Registration: XKL 345 The driver had a completely open, accessible dirt area to tip the rock exactly where it needed to go. There was nothing blocking him — plenty of room, clear space, and an easy straight reverse. Instead, he refused to tip it where requested, was rude about it, and dumped the entire load on the concrete driveway, blocking access and creating hours of unnecessary work for me. The photos make it obvious the correct spot was right there and easily reachable for any driver who could be bothered. On top of that, he actually started tipping the trailer without removing the pieces of wood jammed underneath the tailgate — which is both careless and unsafe. It wasn’t just bad service; it was sloppy and showed a complete lack of attention to basic procedure. Between the terrible attitude, poor driving, and complete lack of customer care, this experience was a joke and I will now be looking elsewhere to supply for my business. I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from here to think twice.

Just purchased red gum firewood from daisys, as our local across the road was closed. My god, the best wood we have ever purchased, super dry, non smoky and lasts for ages. We have found our new red gum wood supplier 👍

Sold us the organic soil mix that was extremely hydrophobic. Did not offer to rectify or refund but insinuated it was meant to be like that. Water runs off and will not soak in even when left. Mixing it produces clumps of mud but no soaking in. Not good enough!

Not happy with customer service when picking up supply's quite rude infact. I won't be going back.
