Easy as, pull in, load up, choose what you want. Would have been 5 star except price is a little steep but everything is these days and they are providing a service and everyone has to eat so I understand. Nice wood and varying sizes to choose from. Friendly staff

This is my first year buying our firewood from Riverina Redgum. They were by far the best price I could find in Geelong. The staff I've met have all been really friendly and super helpful. You can either drive there and load up your trailer/vehicle by hand or you can get a tonne (or more) delivered to your door. I've recently had wood delivered and it's been super convenient. My first delivery had a good mix, but my second delivery was mainly mid to smaller sized split wood and not to my liking. I like to have larger, thicker pieces of firewood for those long overnight burns. I called Riverina Redgum about this and they were great at offering a resolution to my problem. They also advised that they can cut and split to the customer's preferred size, they'll just need a day's notice to make sure the wood is to your preferences (that's great service!!). Looking forward to continuing to buy our firewood from the team at Riverina Redgum.

I'm 82 I can't load my trailer by hand and they say they can't load me if they overload me they would be liable but I thought that was my problem. I can't have it delivered as I have no where to tip it but the nature strip so back to using my electric heater so much for buying a wood heater
