This was my first experience building, and I can honestly say that from my very first meeting with James Hill, I felt genuinely supported and cared for, not just like another build. The entire team at Orbit Homes were truly excited to be part of my journey, and that enthusiasm carried through the whole process. Every staff member I encountered was knowledgeable, approachable, and communicated promptly and to a very high standard. James Hill ensured I was fully informed about all of my options, worked with me to make design changes, and provided expert advice throughout, which made me feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. My site supervisor, John, went above and beyond to ensure the build stayed on schedule and was completed to the high standard you would expect. We really got to know John during the process, and he treated this build as if he were building for one of his own family members. I am incredibly grateful for the entire experience and for the team at Orbit Homes who helped me build my dream home in Ocean Grove. The number of compliments I receive on both the quality and the overall “feel” of the home is a true credit to their workmanship and care.
