I’m 38 weeks pregnant and had driven to Geelong to register my new car. On the way home to Werribee, my coolant light came on, so I stopped into this store hoping for some assistance and reassurance. Unfortunately, the service was really disappointing. When I asked a staff member for help with what coolant was suitable for my car, he simply pointed me toward the aisle and said he’d send someone down. I waited, but no one ever came. In the end, I had to rely on Google to figure it out myself. At a time when I clearly needed support, especially being heavily pregnant and unfamiliar with the product, I felt ignored and let down. Definitely not the experience I expected from Supercheap Auto.

The staff was really helpful and professional. All car stuff is there on reasonable prices. Will recommend others.

My husband required a new globe for one of his rear brake lights. Not only did they have the appropriate globe, but they also installed it prompt and professionally. Great service and price.
