Total Tools Geelong

A decent Total Tools store. Fairly well laid out with a good range of products. Only issue would be the wait at checkout. Unsure why, but they took forever. And several counters were occupied with staff members doing other things but probably would have been more productive to serve customers and reduce the queue lengths keeping customers happier with the service. But the staff appeared friendly and helpful regardless.

Got some cheap packing tape off these guys for a cheap $2.51 aka 50% off. I bought 4 packs of 2 at over $10.00. Customer service from Alex was great. He showed me where the exit was and also honoured the 50% off sale and suggested it may be a store deal as the store may have too much packing tape for sale. Fine by me, I need it.

I went into total tools north Geelong wanting to buy a toolbox and Jacksen came up and asked if I needed a hand and I explained what I was looking for and he was really helpful going out of his way to help and called another store to get the item what wasn’t in stock and explained to me what was featured in the sale and tools. Shout out to Jacksen one of the nicest and easy to talk to sales person out there.

Always a pleasure to shop at Total Tools. Plenty of gear and top quality, not like some other store.

Staff (Aaron) were excellent and informative, they checked the item was running before pickup.
