Besides a long wait while calling the party department, the follow up was excellent. Staff extremely friendly and helpful to talk to and place my balloon order. Special shout out to Mercedes for taking extra time to somehow know it was going to be very windy on the day of pickup and recommended the free under ground parking. I've mentioned to several others since who also weren't aware and thankful to know 😊

Pretty good for a spotlight. Not the biggest I've ever been to but far from the smallest. High ceilings and fairly clean and light so doesn't feel dingy. Heads up: the air con ducts overhead make one hell of a racket every 10 mins or so. Staff are generally nice, haven't had a bad interaction, good for the occasional bargain (got some $49 fluffy cushions at $8 each). Fairly happy with it as it's my new local.

Famtastic range of sewing related products from fabrics to sewing machines. Huge range of homewares and manchester. Knowledgeable staff and friendly staff. Parking can be tricky at busy times. Quality products at good prices. Always worth cruising around to disvover what's new. Best pricing if you have VIP membership. No cost to join.

I’ve had good experiences with Geelong Spotlight before, which is why this was disappointing. After placing a click and collect order, the website advised me to call the store. I called eight times over two days at different times and couldn’t get through once. I understand stores get busy, but it’s reasonable to expect some way to make contact if customers are directed to phone the store.

So disappointing, I wanted to.get a few items and needed a trolley to out them in none available anywhere! I wanted too get 8 small.buttons for 2 babies cardigans ( different colors) we none available to pick from in the tubes, just packets I came home having spent 8.00 on mixed sized buttons in clear or white many I will.never use as too big. Then too go and pay, the long que, with many people loomed. Then I see people in front of me putting utems down.and walking out! I get to the "regisyer" card only,and a nice lady helps,saying this is new and we are having huge teething problems ! I tske my buttons and leave all else, I never even attempted go look for. Sorry Spotlight, it will.have too.be on line or not at all.now
