I don’t go to Dan Murphy’s Bellarine often, but every time I do, it’s a really great experience. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful — it makes a big difference. Whether you’re after something specific or just browsing, they’re happy to assist without being pushy. A well-run store with great customer service!

Extremely disappointing experience at Dan Murphy’s Newcomb. My friend, who is on the autism spectrum, was refused service by the manager, Emma, after an earlier incident where he simply explained that he wears headphones to help with sensory issues. A week prior, a team member had approached him multiple times asking if he needed help. After politely declining twice, he explained the situation on the third approach and left the store feeling harassed. When he returned the following week, Emma confronted him at the register, and after he calmly explained again, she said, “We’re not serving you today. We have the right to refuse service.” While that may be technically true, treating someone with a disability in such a disrespectful way is unacceptable. Shopping can already be overwhelming for someone on the spectrum, being refused service for calmly advocating for himself is appalling. Emma’s conduct was unprofessional and discriminatory. Dan Murphy’s should do better to educate staff on inclusion and disability awareness.

Charged me full price for debortoli cask wine should be 2 for $35 when i mentioned it was 2 for 35 was told its not in there system left feeling ripped off wil be buying my alcohol from somewhere else from now on.

Today I tried to order twice online, they claimed to have packed it both times, and then cancelled when the driver got there

No Cold Beer I can't believe a major retailer like Dan Murphy's can't get their cold room fixed in 4 weeks. I'm happy to go elsewhere and pay more. No hot beer for me
