⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars I recently purchased a high-end e-bike from this fantastic store and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The range of bikes they have on offer is truly impressive — from standard bikes to top-of-the-line e-bikes, there’s something for everyone. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. The staff were incredibly pleasant, courteous, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us find exactly what we were after. They were patient and spent a great deal of time setting the bike up perfectly to suit my specific needs, making sure I was completely comfortable and confident before leaving the store. It's rare to come across a business where you feel so well looked after from start to finish. I can’t recommend them highly enough — if you're in the market for a quality bike and top-notch service, this is the store to go to.

Booked my new Levo in for a general service, requested the headset to be regressed in addition. When picking up the bike, it was clear it was not done, headset creaking, gears were out of tune. My chain was replaced without consolation. And no one in the store was able to tell me what was actually done to the bike as the mechanic left no notes. 280 dollars to clean my bike and replace a chain! Rubbish service from what I thought was a decent bike shop.

There is great range of high quality products for all aspects of cycling, and allows for different price points. I would not have been able to make a decision about purchasing my bike without the advice and support of the knowledgeable staff. I am confident the team at Hendry’s will be there to assist me with any questions or issues that may arise, as well as servicing and maintenance.

Service with a capital ‘S’ this morning. We got our bikes out for a ride and found one of the tyres was flat. Off to Hendry’s and assumed it would take hours to rectify, given its school holidays, but 10mins later we were on our way. Thanks team

i reached out to Hendrys last week about a spur of the moment cycle tour. stephen was most helpful setting me up with a brand new Trek bike and completing it within 3 days inc luding accessories..The fit was fantastiv and everything went seamless. highly recommend this store and staff as they go out of their way to assist clients as was seen whilst i was in there picking up the bike.
