I had a fabulous experience today with the store manager, Michelle. Not only did she save me a lot of money by suggesting more affordable food for my puppy, she was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable of the products and went above and beyond to help ensure my pup gets the best without breaking the bank. This afternoon I attended your store and was assisted by Emily. She was so very friendly and pleasant. Emily listened to my request and offered several ideas which were all relevant and thoughtful. I acted upon her suggestions and am delighted with my purchases. Emily took the time to view photos of the pup I was buying for. She is an absolute asset to your store. I would look for her the next time I visited Petstock. Thank you Emily!

WE LOVE TIFF!!!!! she was patient with us teaching us about how we can set our fishtank up so that it is safe for our new fish to come. She also helped us with puppy food for my new puppy as well as treats!! Amazing customer service by tiff !!

Wide range of oet food. Friendly service. Superior to other local petfood seller. Parking can be tricky due to location. Pricing ok but rewards disappointing.
