We were provided with outstanding customer service by Kathryn today! She was so friendly, knew her products well, was fun and extremely helpful. This is our second experience at the store and we have had Kathryn on both occasions and she was so wonderful the first time too!

Business customers beware: we have been trying to place orders for custom branded work wear for months. After multiple emails and phone calls to them and no response, I visited the store in person to see what was going on. They then blamed the embroidery business and said it will be another few days. That was a month ago and still haven't heard anything back. I had to go above and beyond to try and work with this company, and gave them the benifit of the doubt by visiting in store to try to sort it out. My recommendation is to take your business elsewhere, like I will. To the embroidery business that works with this branch, please be aware they are telling customers you are slow and the problem.
