From the first enquiry through to finishing touches to make sure our office refit was just as we needed it Michael was responsive, flexible and delivered everything expected and more. I especially liked being able to see our office layout on 3D software which helped bring it to life and help us get to the right outcome. Brilliant service. A smooth and easy journey from my phone call enquiring about chair repairs, to two perfectly functioning chairs within just a few hours. It was so convenient to have Michael come to my studio to replace the gas lift mechanisms for my office chairs. He managed to fit me in the same day and did a great job. One of our office chairs needed a new gas lift. Recently my success rate with repairs has been so low I almost didn't bother filling in the contact form. I am so glad I did.
