Vallis IGA Hamlyn Heights

I’ve got to say, you just don’t find customer service like this much anymore 💜 I don’t come in often, but when I do, I’m always greeted with genuine warmth, from the deli to the floor and by management. Everything is so organised, clean and the range of products really feels next level. From the nostalgic snacks I find in Vallis that my mum used to buy me growing up, to the new chili oil on the block that I have to try. You can tell they put a lot of thought into their product selection. Thanks team, keep up the amazing work in not only what you do, but also bringing back a community feel to Geelong.

I shop there twice a week at least. This is the best IGA store I've ever been to. The staff are friendly and love a chat (if not too busy) and even help you get your groceries to the car if needed. They price match the bigger stores and have the best specials. And that deli is to die for. I cannot fault this store.

Nice little supermarket, got pretty much anything you need also has a great deli with hot meals ready to go..

I just love this IGA, the fruit and veg are outstanding, and the meat is high quality. I noticed a butcher there, which is great to see. The savoury pastries are just delicious and fresh i have not tried the salads yet, but they look great! . Happy to see they price match a lot of products with the big supermarkets. Coles and Woolies fruit and veg are mostly a disgrace, so to have a convenient option is wonderful. The staff are above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble for them. Happy days!
