Every Woolies is the same until they're not and this one is good for being perched in a hilly part of town with its back to the panoramq of the giant bowl of land from the You Yangs (Lara) to Elephant Hill (Anakie). I kinda wish the carpark faced that panorama. Its ok. This is a Woolies with good, wide aisles, a feature I love.

Looks nice and modern from the outside. How ever their shelves are stocked with expired meat and seafood. I got food poisoning from their fresh produce. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

The store employees are totally disgusting. They are unhelpful to every delivery driver. Today when I went over there to collect the delivery they told me to wait for 20 minutes. I almost waited for 40 minutes and when I asked again for the delivery they told me to wait 15 minutes more on top of 40 minutes that I already been there. This is not only first time situation, this is happening every single time. When I asked to talked to manager, instead of resolving issues manager (Emma- fresh fruit manager) gave a excuses and talked to me very rudely and use harsh word and abused me. I don't think that I will be going for the delivery again at this store.
