Eastern Beach Promenade

Lovely spot in Geelong to go for a walk right around the promenade and see the beach and surrounding areas from different angles. You can see people diving and walking with their families and pets along the promenade. Nice place for a reflection and relaxing walk.

We walked around the timber promenade watching a group of young teenage schoolboys jumping off the platform and swimming to pontoons and then trying to be the last person standing on it. So playful and so nice to see young boys having good clean fun. Well, done Geelong for this picture-perfect place.

Killing time before my SOT time on Christmas Day 2024 and what a lovely spot to find. Great to see so many families and dogs around enjoying a fine morning and cooling off in the safe waters protected by the boardwalk. Great place for jumping in off the many platforms, and the Eastern Beach leading to it is also lovely. Super busy today but everyone seems to be friendly.

Beautiful fragrance of seaside aroma, with stunning views and an amazing walk along the promenade. Even saw a good looking fish there. Highly recommended but make sure you take some friends and family there as picnics are the thing to do in late evenings.

We were so not prepared. We are here to see the famous Geelong Bollard. A surprise walk along the Eastern Beach Promenade and truly enjoy walk people jumping off the platform.
